1997 The company is founded.
1998 The first production launch of B2 Integrated Banking System, our flagship product.
1999 Four lead developers successfully pass Delphi 4 C/S Certification and become Inprise (Borland) Certified Consultants. Three company managers attend Project Management Institute training. 1999 Two more B2 system deployments. 2000 Version 3 of B2 Integrated Banking System, running on Oracle, is deployed at ING Bank Ukraine. 2000 CS Ltd becomes Oracle Official Partner. 2000 Existing CS Ltd customers migrate to Oracle-based B2 Version 3. 2001 B2 System deployment at Alfa Bank (successful migration from Equation system). 2001 Number of B2 System customers reaches eight. 2002 B2 System deployments in larger banks: Kredit Bank and Forum. 2002 Number of B2 System customers reaches twelve. 2003 - 2004 Treasury module developed for B2 System. Number of B2 System customers reaches 24. 2005 CS Ltd enters insurance market by introducing its LISA system (Life Insurance system). 2005 Deployment of Sapfire system in Ukrsibbank. Sapfire system is a custom development intended to integrate Ukrsibbank's SAP for Banking system with national payment systems and SWIFT. 2005 CS Ltd develops SFinCS financial monitoring system for Raiffeisen Bank Aval. 2005 Stress testing of B2 System on IBM platform performed. The system is adopted by retail banks. 2005 B2 System deployed at retail Delta Bank. Number of B2 System customers reaches 29. 2005 CS Ltd develops iFOBS (Interactive Front-Office Banking system), its Internet banking solution. 2006 B2 System deployment at Unicredit Bank. Number of B2 System customers reaches 41. 2006 CS Ltd introduces Credit::eCSpert, a front-office system for consumer lending. 2006 CS Ltd introduces CS::iLife interface between its B2 Banking System and LISA life insurance system. The interface is installed at Brama Zhittya insurance company and Delta Bank. 2007 At the yearly ORACLE OPN Days event at Rhodes, Greece, CS Ltd is nominated as "Partner of the Year 2007" among Eastern Europe & CIS Independent Software Vendors. 2007 CS Ltd becomes ORACLE Certified Partner. 2007 CS Ltd develops Credit::eCSpert system 2007 CS Ltd provides technical support for the merger of Unicredit Bank Ukraine and HVB Bank Ukraine. 2008 CS Ltd offers training for B2 System customers. 2008 Two CS Ltd employees become SAS Certified Base Programmers. 2008 CS Ltd introduces CS::BI business intelligence system for banks. 2008 57 Ukrainian banks are using our products (31 % market share). |
