CS Ltd took part in the III International Conference "Customer Service in the Bank: How to Attract and Keep Customers?" which was held on June, 1-4 in Barcelona, Spain.


The conference was organized by the “Business-Format” company for heads of customer service departments of banks and experts in customer care from Ukraine, Russia, the Republic of Belarus, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

The primary focus was on building the effective system of customer service in the bank. International experts present at the conference shared their successful practical experience and fresh ideas in the field of customer care with the audience.

The conference program included a number of reports, a master class on the topic of “Customer management in a crisis situation”, sharing practical experience at the round table.

CS Ltd was presented by Alina Overchuk, strategic sales advisor, and Alexander Pogulyaka, head of security solutions department for online banking systems. Alexander made a presentation on the role of good and convenient remote service being one of the main service channels in the modern bank.

“During the conference the participants demonstrated that the modern bank must be multichannel and that it is high quality service through all the channels that is one of the main factors of keeping existing bank customers and moreover it is a powerful sales instrument”, - Alexander Pogulyaka summarized.

The participants noted that the warm and informal atmosphere of the conference advanced a fruitful real-life communication and exchange of professional information among experts from different countries who gathered in one on the most beautiful cities of the world – Barcelona.
