Conferences, seminars
Our company holds yearly conferences on issues of automated banking, where specialists of our company present their new products, and new functional facilities of the existing products. Representatives of our customers (a number of various banks) share their experience of implementing, enabling and exploiting solutions provided by our company for them. The company's plans for developing new systems in the up-coming year are announced. Besides, some reports are given by leaders of the world IT market (Oracle, HP, IBM, etc.).
Seminars on more narrow or specific issues are regularly held in order to discuss details of the realization of the NBU regulations and/ or the priorities of the further development of the system functions.
Training courses
The CS Company offers its customers a number of training courses designed to teach how to work with the ABS B2. The courses syllabus has been developed to cater for bank employees of all levels depending on their responsibilities and on how well they are familiar with the system.
The syllabus currently includes four courses:
Course 1. ABS B2 Administrator (basic course). The aim of the course is to acquire ABS B2 administering skills. Students take a final test at the end of the course. Passing the test allows students to be admitted to Course 4.
Course 2. ABS B2 User (basic course). The aim of the course is to acquire basic skills necessary for working in the ABS B2. Students take a final test at the end of the course. Passing the test allows students to be admitted to Course 3.
Course 3. ABS B2 Advanced User. The aim of the course is to study specific (peculiar ) tasks that bank employees are to carry out in the ABS B2. Each of the topics of the course is unique and independent, and can be taught separately/ outside the course and can be targeted at training users from different departments of a bank. Only people who have done a basic course, and/ or have successfully passed placement tests will be enrolled in the "ABS B2 Advanced User" course.
Course 4. ABS B2 Administrator (advanced course). The aim of the course is to train highly qualified ABS B2 Administrators. What makes Course 4 different from Course 3 is an additional training session on setting/ administering separate subsystems.
Upon the completion of an advanced course, an exam is held on each of the topics. Passing this exam gives the student the right to get a certificate. Taking an exam is optional (is obligatory only for those who wish to be awarded a CS Company Certificate).
Individual training
Our company may provide individual training/ tutoring sessions at the customer's request.
