All Branches of Piraeus Bank now accepts individual utility payments with the help of our system!

New subsystem for acceptance of individual utility payments has been developed by CS Company together with Portmone Company as an additional service for bank customers. With the help of the above subsystem customers are able to pay bills for utility and other services (cable television, mobile communication, etc.) having requested the amount due and account number right in the bank, which makes the above procedure much more comfortable for a customer.

The above subsystems functions within Automated Banking System B2 online, i.e. with immediate payment of bills - and it is a significant breakthrough of ABS B2 in the list of the supported services.

Main functions and advantages of the subsystem are the following:

  • A client saves time having an opportunity to pay utility bills and invoices right in the bank;
  • Processing of payments takes much less time due to online payment;
  • A bank cashier enters details of the payer and makes a request regarding all bills for utility and other services through Portmone online services;
  • The bank has an opportunity to charge extra fee for the provision of bill payment service;
  • The bank extends the list of services being offered to customers;
  • The procedure of connection to the new subsystem is both simple and easy.

On February 4 a full version of the subsystem has been completely introduced in all Branches of Piraeus Bank. Now bank customers use this additional service as well, which saves their time spent for bills payment and contributes to the good attitude towards the bank.
