TRUSTED BY THE INDUSTRY
iB2 has been on the market since 2008, with over 20 implementations across various banks.

SYSTEM MODULES
Functionally, the iB2 system is divided into three modules:
- Issuance module
- Authorization module
- SyncGate module

ISSUANCE MODULE
Procedural integration module with the IS-Card card issuance system.
The module is responsible for registering CBS B2 counteragents as clients in the card system, opening accounts in the card system linked to B2 accounts in accordance with the settings of card parameter templates, ordering cards, and re-linking instant cards.
The main task is to automate the issuance of card products, in particular, to set up links between the type of CBS product (current account product type) and the parameters available for opening an account and ordering cards in the card system.
Additional features include working with pre-personalized (Instant) cards, automating the product closing process, synchronizing exchange rates, simultaneous status changes, requesting a statement, automating card account transfers, and much more.

AUTHORIZATION MODULE
Authorization module (online integration with the processing center).
The main task is to ensure available balance requests and the authorization of card transactions during the documents execution in the B2 CBS, or, if necessary, during their reversal.
Additional features include managing limits, blocking the card, and requesting a mini-statement.
iB2 supports the following processing protocols:
- POS ISO-8583 protocols: UPC, SmartVista, UkrCard
- Web service protocols: PUMB, Way4, UFN, Tieto

SyncGate MODULE
Receiving advice messages from the processing center.
The main task is to ensure the reception and accounting of advice messages to assess and provide information on the available balance.
Tasks of the SyncGate module:
- Receiving advice messages from the processing side;
- Providing the Stand-In mode: storing advice and providing a Web form for monitoring and controlling the module's operation;
- Asynchronous tool for transmitting advice messages to the target system that processes them (IS-Card or B2 CBS);
- Disabling the transmission of advice by customizable parameters.
Advantages include receiving and transferring online information about all completed authorizations from processing to the card issuing system, which makes the system that receives the advice a source of the most up-to-date information on card account balances.

TECHNOLOGY STACK
- The database server with the service configuration of the iB2 authorization module operates under the control of the Oracle DBMS
- Applications developed on Spring Boot technology with deployment in a docker container
- The client workstation operates as part of the B2 CBS client program
- Interaction with the processing is carried out according to the ISO 8583 protocol or a specialized online protocol that ensures the functionality of the module
- Interaction with the back office module is carried out via a procedural interface
- Authorization module services can work as a part of the integration bus
