CS Ltd and Piraeus Bank summed up the results of new service for corporate clients – users of the “Piraeus Online Banking” internet-banking implementation.

The bottom line is that the first line of internet-banking users support was organized on the software company’s side.

How does one or another system’s functionality work? How to update workstation’s version, unload payment documents to another accounting system or cure secret keys’ damaged files?  Now experts of the CS support give answers to such questions.

The first line support also gathers and transfers users’ expectations in system’s development to the bank.
A new service was made by joining telephone solutions of the Piraeus Bank and the CS Ltd. IP telephony use enabled organizing the multichannel hot line for clients’ telephone calls reception. Instant Messaging systems are also used for the channel that provides online- consultations.

 Summing up the results of first line support’s work implementation partners came to the conclusion that this service is a necessary one for every modern and high-tech bank.
