Pivdenny Bank has completed the implementation of the new version of its iFOBS remote banking system for corporate clients, as announced on the bank’s official website.
Clients can now enjoy a modern design, an intuitive interface, and expanded functionality for managing accounts, payments, foreign exchange operations, deposits, and many other features – all aimed at making financial management even simpler and more convenient.
“The main objective of this upgrade was to preserve the key features of the previous system version and transfer all individual customizations available to clients, while at the same time completely updating the system’s technological platform and design to make it more modern and user-friendly,” commented Oksana Kladko, Project Manager at CS ltd. “According to the feedback we’ve collected, we succeeded.”
But this is not all. Representatives of the bank and the development company are already holding discussions on expanding the capabilities of the new version and introducing additional modern services for corporate clients.
“First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for the project and for your work on implementing the new iFOBS for our bank. In my view, it was quite a challenging task, and the synergy that emerged between the CS team and the bank’s team throughout all stages of the project was truly impressive,” said Kostiantyn Melnyk, Head of Transactional Business Development at Pivdenny Bank, at the meeting held on November 21. “I am very grateful to everyone involved – both the CS team and the bank’s team – for the work done, and I hope that such a large-scale project as the iFOBS upgrade within our cooperation is only the first step toward further fruitful collaboration in developing solutions for our corporate clients and delivering the best remote banking services.”
