CS Ltd designed and introduced to Raiffeisen Bank Aval a new flexible and effective tool which helped to launch a new powerful automated crediting system in the bank.
The bank formulation of the task initially was: to implement a business process for automatic check and analysis of credit reports that can also be used to make automatic decisions on customers.
As a result CS Ltd provided the bank with a multipurpose tool with powerful capabilities for building and managing decision making solutions – CS BPM. Now the bank independently sets rules of business processes, specifies data sources, scenarios of data processing and analysis – everything is done by the bank experts in a convenient visual programming environment.
The successful implementation of the software in the bank was largely due to excellent teamwork of CS Ltd and the bank experts.
From now on Raiffeisen Bank Aval has its own system for managing processes of credit flows. The system quickly processes vast data arrays according to the set rules, analyses and routes loan applications and even takes on scoring and decision making.

In the beginning we ordered the rule designer for one task, but then in the process of development we found out that it is a quite powerful tool for data analysis! The new software can be used for analyzing the borrowers’ credit history according to the data from credit bureaus and as an ‘engine’ for making decisions on loan applications (considering that it is possible to connect to external data sources) and also as a ‘transfer module’ calculating logics ‘on-the-fly’ (exchanging XML messages between software). We say thanks to our colleagues from CS for embracing and developing the idea of creation of flexible tool for data analysis.
