CBS B2 Budgeting subsystem (RnB) has been implemented in the Bank Lviv.
Due to that the following bank’s processes were automated:
- Administration of the budget application (one-time procurement/long-term agreement with a schedule)
- Procurements and agreements coordination on the works/services performance
- Control over the performance of the bank financial plan according to the budget lines and centres of responsibility
- Building agreements for the CBS B2 Intercompany Activity subsystem
- Budget control of the output documents
Subsystem’s features enabled the Bank’s team:
- To build business processes of any complexity (agreement schemes) independently with a use of the business process scheme constructor. It contains data about the budget roles, budget requests status, means for operations setting and others.
- To store in the budget request all the necessary information for cost justification: for the potential providers search, stages of the request agreement by all members of the budget process, the archive of the external documents.
- To control the budget plans: monthly, annual, since the beginning of the year with a cumulative total
- To display in the budget plan the estimated and actual expenses and their changes (the rolling wave budget plan analysis)
- To integrate data with the CBS B2 Intercompany Activity subsystem
- The professional cooperation of the CS team and experts of the intercompany reporting, budgeting and controlling along with the IT management of the Lviv Bank allowed the successful implementation of the subsystem.
The Budgeting Subsystem (RnB) will increase the Bank’s efficiency in controlling the administrative-maintenance expenses, standardization and budget processes optimization.
