Automation Analyst for Internal Bank Accounting
Responsibilities
- Developing software specifications
- Working with stakeholders to identify, analyze, define, agree upon, and approve requirements, as well as managing requirements throughout the project
- Acting as the Product Owner in certain projects (The Product Owner defines the project concept and is responsible for its development; manages the creation and maintenance of the backlog; collects and formulates user requirements, prioritizing them)
- Effectively collaborating with development teams, implementation consultants, and project managers
- Consulting company clients to ensure proper product configuration during implementation
Skills and Experience
- Analytical skills: Ability to understand tasks, formalize and analyze task requirements, and, based on knowledge of existing software, formulate requirements for its enhancement; ability to quickly learn existing software to determine the starting point for improvements. People-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of SQL, understanding of database fundamentals
- Familiarity with accounting principles in general
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems
- Software implementation experience
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Skills and Experience (in addition to basic requirements)
- Experience in drafting technical specifications for software
- Experience with enterprise DBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, etc.), advanced SQL skills
- In-depth knowledge of fixed assets accounting, inventory management, HR accounting, and payroll calculation
