Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our HRM System project and help expand our accounting and HR management software solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between our clients’ business needs (specifically their accounting and reporting specialists) and our development teams, transforming complex business requirements into practical solutions. You’ll be responsible for creating specifications, technical requirements, implementation, and ongoing software support.

The role focuses on payroll processing, HR administration, fixed asset management, and inventory tracking systems. Our clients are primarily banks.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and support of HRM software based on Oracle, development of B2 reports.
• Working on identifying, analyzing, defining, coordinating, and approving requirements, as well as requirement management throughout the project.
• Gathering and formulating user needs, determining their priorities.
• Collaborating with development teams, implementation consultants, and project managers.
• Consulting company clients to ensure proper configuration of implemented products during deployment.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in installation, configuration, and support of HRM systems.
• Experience in software implementation.
• Analytical skills. Ability to understand tasks, formalize and analyze requirements, and develop enhancement specifications based on knowledge of existing software; capacity to quickly learn existing software to understand the starting point for improvements.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, preferably knowledge of HR management software.
• Basic SQL knowledge and database fundamentals would be an advantage.
