PROJECT MANAGER
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in IT, including as a Project Manager
- Skills in coordinating project documentation and deadlines with the client
- Experience in coordinating the work process in a team and determining task priorities
- Ability to compile and maintain project reporting, providing recommendations based on project results
- Experience in parallel work with multiple projects, different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with fixed price projects
- Experience with changing requirements (at all stages of the project)
- Proactivity, stress resistance, multitasking, critical thinking
- Experience in the banking sector and product IT companies is desirable
