Automation of PJSC “SEB CORPORATE BANK”

SEB is currently the only Northern European bank present in Ukraine that provides a wide range of banking services for corporate clients and acts as a reliable partner. SEB's history in Ukraine began in 2005, and after reorganizing its activities in 2012, SEB is represented in Ukraine only as a corporate bank.

CHALLENGE

PJSC “SEB CORPORATE BANK” required comprehensive automation of its processes, with a special focus on corporate client services.

SOLUTION

CS company implemented three key systems:

  1. CBS B2 (Core Banking System):
  • Complete system functionality testing was conducted for all configured products.
  • Implementation occurred simultaneously with four other newcomer banks to the Ukrainian financial market in 2012.
  1. iFOBS internet banking system with enhanced security features:
  • Certified cryptography
  • Digital signature
  • Additional data protection services:
    • One-time passwords
    • Special devices for secure key storage
    • Biometric devices
  1. HRM&Payroll::eCSpert personnel management and salary calculation system:
  • Mandatory training for bank employees was conducted before starting to work with the system

RESULTS

The entire complex of work on the implementation of the three systems was successfully completed within four months. The bank received a reliable system for serving corporate clients with a high level of data protection and automated internal processes for personnel management and banking operations.

The successful launch of the CBS B2 marks an important milestone for our Bank. Achieving a seamless, one-time transition sets a new benchmark for efficiency and innovation in banking.
