REMOTE ONBOARDING

 The CFRONT integration platform with its extensive API set for external customer information sources (YouControl, OpenDataBot, etc.) and services such as Diia.Sharing, Diia.Signature, DepositSign enables the implementation of remote client registration processes for both retail and corporate customers without branch visits - through the bank's mobile or web-based remote banking system.

For retail customers:

  • Customer identification through "Diia"
  • Document signing using "Diia.Signature"
  • Verification and retrieval of customer information from public registries for automated AML questionnaire completion
  • Capability for supplementary data entry and required document uploads
  • Secure document exchange between customer and bank

For corporate customers:

  • Customer identification through "Diia.Sharing"
  • New corporate client registration application creation
  • Automated enterprise data collection from open sources (YouControl, OpenDataBot, etc.)
  • Preparation of document package for signing (agreements, applications, forms, etc.)
  • Application of qualified digital signatures to document packages by both client and bank
  • Storage of signed document packages in the bank's electronic archive

LENDING

Components of the CFRONT integration platform such as the application form builder, process modeler, decision engine, verification officer workstation designer, as well as APIs to various customer information sources - will help a bank or financial institution build its own credit factory where every mechanism works with Swiss watch precision.

For retail customers:

E-CONTRACTS

 A system for automating corporate client service requests and establishing contractual relationships in the form of electronic contracts can be built on the CFRONT platform:

  • Current account opening or closure
  • Term deposit opening or closure
  • Credit limit application
  • Statement request
  • Cash withdrawal request
  • Bank guarantee
  • Questionnaires and other services

Application submission takes place through the iFOBS corporate banking interface.

On the bank side, workstations are provided for processing client applications, risk assessment, document preparation for signing, application of the bank's qualified digital signature, counterparty creation and AML questionnaire integration in the CBS, collection and storage of documents in the bank's electronic repository.

UTILITY PAYMENTS

The implementation project of the UPBS utility payment processing system based on the CFRONT integration platform has proven itself extremely robust.

UPBS serves as a single integration point between various client systems and external service providers, allowing bank retail customers to pay utility and other service bills from their accounts via internet or mobile banking.

Thanks to the integration of UPBS with the CFRONT system, this solution has become significantly easier to administer, diagnose, and modify in its interaction protocols with service providers.
