2025 was a year of strategic development, technological breakthroughs, and strengthening trust in the financial market for CS. We have solidified our position as a reliable technology partner for banks and financial institutions, expanded our product line, and made a significant contribution to supporting Ukraine.
Key Achievements of the Year
Security&Trust
CS received the international ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, confirming compliance with the highest information security management standards, a critically important aspect for the financial sector.
Client Portfolio Growth
In 2025, two banks from the list of Ukraine’s systemically important banks chose the Core Banking System B2 as their core system. The implementation projects are currently underway. According to the approved plans, the implementation is scheduled for completion in 2026. As of Q4 2025, the CBS B2 is the choice of 62% of the country’s banks.
Several non-bank financial institutions have joined the company’s client list, choosing B2ng::FIN – a back-office solution for comprehensive automation of financial companies’ business processes. The solution has already been implemented at:
- PrJSC “Ukrfinzhytlo” (Ukraine);
- F-Moliya and Interactiv-Progress (Uzbekistan).
New Products and Solutions
In 2025, CS developed and implemented several strategic solutions while also ensuring the robust development of individual products and expanding their functionality:
B2ng::FIN – a system for automating the activities of financial companies, built on the B2 CBS technology platform and adapted to the needs of the non-bank financial sector. The solution operates with the enterprise chart of accounts and automates the generation of regulatory reports. B2ng::FIN ensures integration with credit bureaus, financial monitoring systems, payment systems and providers, CRM and front-office solutions, state electronic registers, and accounting systems with automatic generation of accounting entries. The solution is successfully used as a full-fledged replacement for 1C in public and private financial companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and a high level of automation.
SAF-T UA – a software product for generating SAF-T UA files in accordance with regulatory requirements. The solution has already been put into commercial operation by the country’s leading financial institutions, including Sense Bank, OTP Bank, Kredobank, Ukrfinzhytlo, ING Bank, and others.
CS Assistant – an AI-powered assistant for quick and convenient information retrieval from the CBS B2 documentation.
SEP Tracking Service – a solution for integration with the NBU’s TrackSEP system, providing full payment control and compliance with regulatory requirements. Specifically, the solution enables interaction with non-bank payment service providers for message exchange as required by TrackSEP.
HRMng – an updated solution for HR management and payroll, which underwent significant changes in 2025. Today’s HRMng features a modern user interface, unified with B2ng, with all its inherent new capabilities (transparent search, declarative tasks, etc.).

Social Responsibility
In 2025, the activities of the CS4UA charity fund focused on three key areas:
- Supplying unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) equipped with Starlink Mini satellite terminals for the evacuation of the wounded and logistics for military units.
- Addressing the urgent needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – from equipment to critically important gear for combat units.
- Participating in the development of directional electronic warfare (EW) systems – compact EW stations that operate over long distances and protect entire sections of the front line from enemy FPV drones.
