SME Banking Agency has recently announced the results of the Business Online Banking 2023 research on the effectiveness of online banking in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. In the course of the study, experts analyzed 50 banks based on 120 criteria, as well as studied trends and best practices in the implementation of online banking in the region.
