CS company has deployed and put into operation version BTT 3.0, which provides customers with access to their requests through a new interface.
The BTT system is one of the key tools for customer interaction with CS company. Through BTT, customers submit requests for new functionalities and improvements to the automated banking systems, as well as report any errors related to the operation of these systems. For us, as a development company, BTT enables management of the entire production cycle for any given software product: analysis, development, testing, documentation, release management, work planning, tracking of actual labor costs, and project management.
BTT is a unified, yet complex and branched organism that facilitates efficient interaction between customers and CS company, supporting the entire lifecycle of development and implementation for our software products.
The BTT system was developed almost 20 years ago and, through constant evolution, has served us and our customers faithfully all these years. It continues to do so today. One of the advantages of BTT version 3.0, which runs on the new core of the ABS B2 system – B2ng (Angular and Spring), is its new interface, built on a modern architecture and technologies. BTT version 3.0 is more thoughtfully designed, while retaining the strengths of previous versions and meeting the requirements set for them.

The enhanced interface has become more functional, flexible, and user-friendly. Furthermore, the new version boasts a high level of security.
For now, we have implemented the Ukrainian-language version of BTT 3.0. In the near future, we plan to deploy the updated system in other languages for our international partners.
