Over time, the B2 Core Banking System (CBS B2) has grown, and so has the volume of documentation. The recent shift to short, focused documents in Confluence (instead of large doc-format files) has made finding specific information more challenging. To turn the challenge of information retrieval into an advantage, we have created CS Assistant – an intelligent helper that brings your work with documentation to life.

What is CS Assistant?

CS Assistant is an artificial intelligence-based tool that helps you find answers in the official documentation. Imagine an assistant who knows where everything is, understands the essence of your query in natural language (Ukrainian, English, etc.), and instantly finds accurate information in the documentation.

  • The user asks a question. For example: “How do I set up client identification in B2ng?”
  • CS Assistant analyzes the entire knowledge base. Using the advanced RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture, the assistant finds the most relevant sections of the documentation by understanding their content.
  • The user receives a clear answer. The system formulates a concise, understandable answer based solely on the documentation.
  • The user can verify the source if needed. Each answer is accompanied by direct links to the relevant documentation pages in Confluence. You can always go to the original source to deepen your knowledge or check details.

CS Assistant is built on a transparent and reliable architecture. Documentation from the Confluence space is specially processed, indexed, and stored in a form optimized for semantic search. When a user asks a question, the AI model (LLM) receives only clearly selected, relevant text fragments as context for formulating the answer. This guarantees that the answer is always based on up-to-date official data.
