Business Analyst | Passive Banking Operations

CS, a Ukrainian product and service IT company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Passive Banking Operations department.

This role serves as a bridge between the business and development teams, responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. The analyst will be responsible for providing software specifications and technical requirements for new product features, as well as supporting them throughout all stages of the software lifecycle.

The main area of work is passive banking operations. Management of cash transactions, bank safe deposit box lease agreements, settlement and cash services, deposit servicing, and current and card accounts of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Creating specifications and technical requirements
• Conducting analytics during the project implementation phase
• Applying usability principles and design to create user interfaces that improve the end-user experience
• Collaborating with development groups, implementation consultants, and project managers

Skills and experience:

• Experience in business requirements analysis and creating technical specifications
• Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems
• Practical experience in implementing software products
• Experience in the banking sector of Ukraine
• Knowledge and experience working with regulatory documents
• Relevant economic education
