Skills and experience:

• Work experience in the field of IT from 2 years, including in the role of Project Manager;
• Skills in agreeing project documentation and deadlines for work with the customer;
• Experience in coordinating the work process in a team and prioritizing tasks;
• Ability to compile and report on the project, providing recommendations based on the results of the project;
• Experience of parallel work with several projects, different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
• Experience working with fixed price projects;
• Experience working with changes to requirements (at all stages of the project);
• Proactivity, stress resistance, multitasking, critical thinking;
• It is desirable to have work experience in banking and product IT companies.
