[CBS B2 as a Single Back Office for All Banking Operations in IBOX BANK]

CS product range is being continuously developed and improved. Currently  one of the priority directions is the development of the card servicing products, namely the modules: card back office, logistics and acquiring. These solutions have extensive functional and integration capabilities. Recently IBOX Bank became a new user of the Card Back Office module.

Ukrainian First transaction bank IBOX BANK JSC, which is a user of the core banking system B2 and the online-banking iFOBS for individual and corporate clients has recently implemented another CS solution – Card Back Office Module. 
The main aim of its implementation – is centralization of the card operations conduction and opportunity of issuing the unlimited number of cards.

Card Back Office Module allows to:

  • Emit cards of different payment systems (MasterCard/Visa).
  • Support the whole product range of the processing systems: personalized cards, instant cards 
  • Support cards with magnetic tapes, chips (including non-contact ones), hybrid.
  • Emit and service cards addressed to the name of the account holder and the third-party.
  • Set/edit the accounting model during the clearing file processing. 
  • Perform the exchange of all necessary  information with the processing center.
  • Work with instant-cards.
  • Issue additional cards.
  • Reissue cards.
  • Block cards.
  • Account card agreements, accounts, cards.
  • SMS-informing and 3D-Secure.

The implemented Card Back Office module is integrated with the TASlink processing.

  • Resources reduction on data transfer analysis due to the lack of data replication between systems.
  • No need to purchase additional hardware
  • No need to purchase additional Oracle licenses.
  • No need for additional human resources to service a separate card system.
