Internal Subsystem of Managerial Accounting (ISMA) was implemented in PJSC “CREDITWEST BANK”.

The main objective of the ISMA implementation was full automation of bank’s branches margin and bank’s customer managers earning power calculation.

Within the project best practices of the income accounting that are used in Altınbaş group were automated: indirect costs allocation based on self-regulating allocation drivers (more than 10 algorithms), united end-to-end parametrization of the banking system (contractors, accounts, deals), internal accounting subsystems and human resources and payroll accounting systems.

Strong methodologic support of the Altınbaş group’s analysts and bank’s financial director enabled successful implementation of the ISMA subsystem.
