Recently, Bank Lviv introduced an updated version of internet banking for business clients.
What is the most significant change of the new version?
Firstly, it is the use of new technologies, thanks to which it has become much easier to deal with the system, and users have gained the opportunity to independently adjust the interface according to their business needs. The home page is based upon widgets: “Accounts”, “Recent documents”, “My statements”, and other customizable widgets. For example, if the head of the enterprise mainly deals with document signing, they can set the "Documents for signature" widget as the main one and have the lists of documents awaiting authorization in their workspace.
Secondly, it is a simplified login procedure, without a DS key. Along with the bank team, we made the login and the finances control ultimate user-friendly for the business clients. At the same time the payments and other important transactions are still as safe as it was with the DS key. In addition, we took care to make the generating and changing certificates and keys as comfortable as possible.
Thirdly, the new version allows not only to transfer the existing functionality, the bank clients are already used to, but also to quickly develop and update the system, enabling new services. Currently, in addition to the usual operations, Bank Lviv clients have the opportunity to work with the updated functionality of currency payments, and later the system will be able to deal with corporate cards, AnyService online requests, as well as with external keys (e.g., tax office keys).
Definitely, such an enormous project required huge efforts from both teams – the developer and the bank, but due to joint efforts and proper communication, we’ve achieved our goals.
"From the very beginning of the project, there was a full-time communication of the teams, which made it possible to predict and prevent possible stop factors at the stage of requirements agreement," comments Victoria Filimonova, the project manager of CS ltd. — This interaction continues even after the launch in production in order to discuss and resolve issues that arise from the system real users."
"The ongoing improvement is our philsophy. User requests are the driving force of this process, and their frank feedbacks have already become the basis for the further system improvements," assures Taras Chaban, the head of the project management office of Bank Lviv.
The updated version has already received many approvals from users, and we and the bank team are ready to keep on developing our solutions together.
