The cross selling module is intended for generating offers for existing customers of the bank.

This module includes the following services:

  • schedule of receipts and withdrawals on customer accounts
  • customer goals
  • analysis of receipts and withdrawals and depending on the goals and analysis results offering loans or deposits to customers
  • analysis of customer payments and offering them to make regular loan repayments or regular deposit replenishment from accounts
  • operations with loyalty programs – informing customers about special offers of the bank

CRM systems that form targeted offers for customers (for example selling insurance while customer makes a loan repayment and the like) can be added to this module.
