Our principle interviews is to answer 2 questions:
1. What can You do?
2. What do You want to get from the company to work efficiently?
Answering the first question, You tell about your experience and skills, focusing on how you'll be able to increase your achievements and to develop the company.
In the second, You explain us what You need for the best implementation of your knowledge and skills. What we, as an employer, should do for you to make your motivation to achieve success in our company the highest.
This conversation provides an opportunity to assess the expectations of each party. How the relationship employer – employee will be comfortable and productive.
Stages of an interview:
1. Evaluation of CV
2. The agreement with the candidate date and time for a detailed conversation in the office
3. An interview with HR (15-20 min):
4. Technical interview (40-60 min)
5. Test task on the spot or for remote execution (if necessary)
6. Getting the executed test tasks
7. Analysis of the interview results and making a decision
8. The notification the applicant about the decision
