iFOBS has once again shown that it is a universal system ready for new challenges. In November 2014 experts of the CS and OTP bank successfully implemented into production operation iFOBS.EmbassyPayments - a new module used by embassies and visa application centers - clients of the bank.

The iFOBS.EmbassyPayments module by the CS Ltd has not only become a complete replacement of the old module of the bank but also increased opportunities of iFOBS integration with external systems.

Now the iFOBS online banking is a workstation of employees of embassies and visa application centers which are partners of OTP bank. Using iFOBS.EmbassyPayments they form tickets to consular fee payment, connected reference books allow them to enter necessary information quickly and all client data is automatically transferred to the bank.

Besides, employees of embassies can import lists of visa payments from different formats.  Clients of embassies only have to pay a consular fee in the specified bank branch and they do not need to bring payment slips as the system itself will inform embassy about payment states.  For user convenience the module makes it possible to print out tickets to consular fee payment and lists of paid tickets.

The new module has already received a positive feedback in the embassies of Hungary, Austria, the RSA, visa application centers of Kiev, Odessa and Kharkov and we are ready to continue to make our clients’ operation ever more usable.
